Responsibility: leading the development and implementation of OpenText’s Cloud Services offerings across its complete lifecycle, owning the roadmap of the same for the Cloud Service Delivery (CSD) organization.
Cross-functional: collaborating across CSD and Product orgs to define and drive industry-leading Cloud offerings leading a team of PMs, with the goal of creating positive, impactful business outcomes with an entrepreneur’s & owner’s mindset.

Operations: set up as a lean, arms-length outpost like a start-up but within a well-funded company, TD Lab served the bank’s innovation strategy through continuous experimentation and dual-track model of incubator (TD Lab Incubator) and accelerator (TD Lab Accelerator).
Leadership: oversaw the on-ramp, design, engineering and delivery of funded projects and programs.
Concept Development: team of up to 25 contributors promoted ideas at the intersection of design and emerging technology and served as a change agent through a rapid cycle of ideation and prototyping.
Ecosystem: developed an open, external innovation program in order to engage with the plethora of talent co-located in local startups, scale-ups, other Labs, and academia.
